The United Counties League are delighted to confirm that Sports Ground Development who have sponsored the UCL Knockout and Reserve Cups for last and this season have committed the funding for a further 4 years.

“Sports Ground Development have been delighted and honoured to have sponsored the United Counties League Cups these past 2 seasons and want to continue that partnership into the foreseeable future. The league has a special place in my affections given my background at both Peterborough Northern Star and more recently Peterborough Sports, who remain the only Division 1 side to win the trophy in 2016”
Alan Poulain Chairman of the UCL responded:
It has been our intention to secure a long term partnership with a football related company and so we are really please that Tom and his company have agreed this deal for the next 4 years. The monies secured will give a cash prize to the winners of both competitions which clubs will be thankful for. I hope that whenever our clubs are seeking ground improvements or floodlight checks they will support SGD for a quotation
