Following their resignation from the Southern League, Coalville Town have opted to join Step Six of the National League System. The FA have placed them in United Counties League Division One, taking the division back to 20 clubs for the coming season.
Alan Poulain, Chairman of the United Counties League, looks forward to welcoming Coalville Town FC into the UCL family. He said, “The Leagues position is, and always has been, to facilitate the playing of football in our area and we will do our utmost to make Coalville Town FC’s stay in our League a pleasant, competitive experience.”
