Celebrating four seasons of sponsorship with Sports Ground Development, we reflect on their generous support of our League and Reserve Knockout Cups. We are truly grateful for their backing and wish them all the best in the future.
In the 2022/23 season, Anstey Nomads FC emerged as the Sports Ground Development League Knockout Cup winners, defeating Deeping Rangers FC 3-0 at Blackstones FC. Newport Pagnell Town Reserves also triumphed in the Reserve Knockout Cup Final with a score of 5-3.
For the 2023/24 season, Skegness Town FC claimed the League Knockout Cup title by narrowly defeating Premier Division South Champions, Wellingborough Town FC, 2-1. Buckingham Development secured a victory in the Reserve Knockout Cup Final by winning 3-0 against Irchester United Reserves.
The 2024/25 season saw Eynesbury Rovers FC, who placed fifth, celebrate a 2-0 win over Premier Division North Champions, Lincoln United FC. Bugbrooke St Michaels Reserves also became the Sports Ground Development Reserve Knockout Cup Champions with a 2-0 victory against Northampton O.N. Chenecks Reserves.
In the final season, 2025/26, an all-Premier Division South Final took place as 8th placed Moulton FC faced off against League Champions, Nuneaton Town FC, with Moulton FC claiming the cup after a 2-1 victory. Harborough Town U21 achieved a remarkable double by winning the Reserve Knockout Cup against St Ives Town Reserves with a score of 3-1, and they also clinched the Reserve Division title.
